Personal readings are offered as :

• virtual sessions

• remote sessions

 . . . and are performed for and delivered to you within our private community.

Remote sessions are performed without the need for your attendance, and are delivered to you according to the type of reading that you book.

If you book a private remote reading, your session will be delivered to your private e-mail.

If you book a personal remote reading, your session will be delivered to you under your personal post within our private community.

Virtual sessions are performed with and delivered to you live accoring to the type of reading that you book.

If you book a private virtual reading, your session will be performed with and delivered to you on a live private video call.

If you book a personal virtual reading, your session will be performed with and delivered to you during a scheduled livestream within our private community.

Local sessions are performed with and delivered to you through a private, in-person experience.

A refund of up to 50% of the service cost paid (minus all processing fees) may be issued under these circumstances :

• a customer successfully cancels a booked reading at least 24 hours prior to its session start time (50%)

• a customer successfully cancels a booked reading at least 12 hours prior to its session start time (25%)

• a customer successfully cancels a booked reading at least 4 hours prior to its session start time (10%)

No refund of any amount will be issued under these circumstances :

• a customer cancels a booked reading within 4 hours of its session start time

• a customer's session is canceled because the customer is more than 10 minutes late for a booked reading

• a customer disagrees with the outcome of a session
